Parliament to investigate autism services

21 November 2008

As a result of the I Exist campaign, the House of Commons Public Accounts Committee is investigating service provision for adults with autism. The Committee reports on how well public money is used, and have commissioned the National Audit Office (NAO) to carry out the research into government spending on autism. Well done and thank you; we could not have achieved such a significant success without your support!
The NAO consultation is open to adults with autism and their parents/carers and closes on 31 October 2008. Please take part in the NAO survey and ensure that your experiences help to inform this very important study. For more information and an online survey form go to the National Autistic Website and click on Participate in surveys and research.
